Who is eligible for membership?

HR professionals, managers, and directors working at private clubs, golf courses, yacht clubs, curling clubs, country clubs, and similar recreational facilities in Ontario.

Is there a membership fee?

Club HR Connect is currently free for approved members. Future premium tiers will be announced with notice.

How long does approval take?

Most applications are reviewed within two business days. We verify that each applicant works in HR at an eligible Ontario club.

Can I share documents my club has created?

Yes — contribution is encouraged. Uploads go through light admin review to keep the library organized.

Is my data private?

Yes. Profiles are visible only to approved members, and you can choose whether to appear in the directory at all.
